His commitment to the mission is deeply rooted in his Roman Catholic background and family values. Ian is a father of three and the loving husband of Sarah Ackbarali, our CMO.

Sarah Ackbarali, our Chief Marketing Officer, is the creative force behind our marketing and outreach efforts. With a professional background in politics and a strong foundation in social media marketing and communications, Sarah excels at crafting compelling narratives that resonate with youth and families. She holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership, Business Policy, and Finance, which enhances her strategic planning and execution capabilities. Her Roman Catholic heritage inspires her to develop innovative strategies to spread the teachings of the faith in engaging ways. Sarah is a mother of three and the loving wife of Ian Ackbarali, as well as the twin sister of Patrick Leigh, our COO.
